Easy to use service that allows you to list your property without an agent. You still need to invest in professional photography, a well written listing and brochures, but it's such minimal effort and worth doing yourself as an alternative to using an agent, who in our past experiences, don't actually put in the effort to earn their commissions. We had four offers in the end; selling an apartment in what we were "advised" was a saturated market where prices were dropping. But using Minus The Agent to list on the key sites and making sure the property was perfectly neat and with beautiful images, we got a great price and left no money on the table. Highly recommend!
