I cannot recommend this site highly enough with support from the very first inquiry, answering questions to eventual sale within 4 weeks. Management of the website was easy to follow and we liked managing the onsite inspections ourselves. We did all this without experience and without a For Sale sign on the property. We had lots of online views, and the open houses each week were well attended and all with prospective buyers. We set the price and chose the right buyer following our own research.
