The packaging is excessive, which reduces the weight of chocolates sold. I purchased some Leonidas chocolates in France recently, and you got more chocolates for the same weight of box - in fact, exactly 250g/500g of chocolate with the packaging added as extra. Plus they were about half the price of purchasing in the UK.

The product I ordered online was unavailable by the desired delivery date. I received a call from the store to let me know, and an alternative product of the same price was offered, or a full refund. The service was very friendly and efficient. The final product was excellent.
