I’m giving 4 stars because this was my 2nd visit and have to be given discount regarding fees. I had a good experience 2 years ago, that’s why I chose the same clinic again. Anyway, it was good for my son as I had previous experience. My son didn’t cry much after 4 hrs of the surgery as I was concerned. I highly recommend the clinic for their services, management, staff support, 2 weeks after the surgery advising (supporting) msgs and some calls. Regards to the staff and Drs of the midlands circumstances clinic.

I would recommend this circumcison clinic to anyone. The clinic was clean and professional. My doctor was yasar he everything before the procedure well and made sure both parents were comfortable and understood everything. The nurses were so lovely and caring, they made my husband and me feel at ease.The after care helped by daily updates what to expect and ask for help if something doesn’t feel right. This is a very good circumcison clinic, very respectful, caring and calming.

We recently had our son circumcised at Midlands Circumcision Clinic, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was from start to finish. After going through a truly traumatic and disappointing situation at Aston Victoria Road Circumcision Centre—where the surgeon barely spoke to us, abruptly decided not to proceed due to some rashes (with no proper explanation), and then had the audacity to charge us a £40 admin fee for doing absolutely nothing—we were completely shaken and unsure of what to expect next.

Thankfully, we found Midlands Circumcision Clinic, and the contrast in professionalism, compassion, and care was like night and day. From the moment we arrived, Farzana, the care coordinator, made us feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the process in a warm and friendly manner, which instantly calmed our nerves. Hafsa, also a care coordinator, was equally supportive and attentive.

When it came time for the procedure, Omar Dawood, the senior surgical assistant, and Yasar Arafat, the Advanced Circumcision Practitioner, were simply outstanding. Yasar Arafat led the procedure with absolute professionalism and skill. His calm and confident demeanor reassured us that our baby was in the best possible hands. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine—caring, informative, and deeply respectful.

This is not a paid review—this is simply a parent speaking from the heart. After everything we had been through, Midlands Circumcision Clinic restored our trust and gave us a truly positive experience. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and compassionate circumcision service. They genuinely care, and it shows in every detail.
