They accepted my order & then nothing. I had to call them because nobody came to collect my shirt. & they told me that they dont cover my area. Without telling me. They refunded me after my call.

I booked my drop off for a time I knew I would be home, but i was called two hours earlier asking if it could be dropped off. I was then told that it would be dropped off the next day and then spent many hours waiting for it to be dropped off with little indication of the estimated time of arrival.
