For the positive, the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. One of the delivery people was very pleasant too. The other was awful.
I gave the service a long trial for my Airbnb business. I really wanted it to be successful as it would reduce my chores.
I was having bedding washed and ironed, but there were always items returned which were unusable. I'd speak to them, they'd ask me to send photos (which I would) then I'd get no response until I chased it up, and then offered them done again. Not being able to rely on the quality made it too inconvenient for me.
At the end of the month my card was charged for multiple times for the different services but I never received a breakdown so it was very difficult to tell what I was paying for.
