"'Free charity banner'"

TERRIBLE service. We are a small charity that wanted to take the offer of a free charity banner which we'd 'receive within four days' according to the website.

We sent the graphic to be printed - no response. A week later I called and was told that it would have to get approved by the MD. I emailed and asked how long it would take roughly as we needed the banner for promotion - no response. I obtained the email address of the MD and asked him directly - NO RESPONSE.

Terrible service - our waiting for the free banner has meant that we lost many valuable days of promotion. DO NOT USE.

"Good quick service and good products."

I purchased some A4 stickers as part of a project for work, and while a bit pricey, they arrived and looked great and seemed to arrive quickly.

The print was high quality and made the project look fantastic. Would use again if I needed to.

"Run!"

Simply run away! They will ask you to pay first and the moment you realize their service is egregious and request a refund they won't give it to you. Then when you ask them to change the design they made due to it being far below the accepted standard of any design, they will ask you to pay more!
Finally when I asked them go ahead and print the sticker by 0.5 cm smaller in size they asked me to pay an additional 30 pounds! They hadn't printed anything for me before that yet decided to increase the charge by thirty pounds because what they're printing was smaller in size. How on earth is this acceptable?
My review in short is, awful service. Stay away.

"I would use again"

I placed an order in mid August. A week later I had still not received my order, so I got in touch with the team. I could not get through on the phone but when I filled in their contact form, they came back to me within 24 hours. It turned out my order had been printed and sent out within two days of me placing my order, but UPS had failed to leave a slip in my postbox telling me they had tried to deliver. The team tracked down my delivery and re-delivered to me the next day.

I was a bit nervous after reading these reviews that I would not get my order but I have no complaints and I am really pleased with my stickers. I would use them again.

"Terrible"

I hope I read reviews before place an order. Nobody pick up the phone call. No email response. Horrible! I still waiting my labels, not sure when I will receive them.

"Good product but poor service"

Here is my story of my suffering...
First they forgot my order.
Eventually they delivered the order late, but only because I asked where it was!
When it was delivered there was of the stickers missing - so they didn't get the order right even after all the issues with getting it done, late.
Then the refund I was promised didn't get paid until I chased them up.

At least they are polite, apologised for the service I had and refunded me over 30% to make amends.

"Clearly Overstretched at the expense of customer and staff happiness"

Be wary of these guys,

Discount banner printing seem to be one of these companies that overstretches itself especially it's customer service department in order to make more profits. This is at the expense of customer and staff happiness I feel.

I chose them because their website stated 1-2 day printing with next day delivery. A week later I still don't have my banners and am now left without them for my event.

When chasing them I tried calling first and received a message that I should email I emailed and got no reply so called again to explain this and was rudely told to email.

It sounded like the lady on the other end of the phone was extremely stressed out.

I have since managed to get through to them and cancel the order after they claimed first that my artwork was corrupt and then that they didn't receive the second set I sent, both of which I have evidence to the contrary.

Most of the workers there seem quite nice however despite that it seems that they have more work than they are able to handle and this is causing problems and mistakes.

If you are in a rush then I would avoid these guys as despite claiming to be fast on their website that was not my experience.

"Atrocious. Utterly atrocious."

This is, without exaggeration, the worst customer experience I have ever had.

I ordered some labels through the website on March 16th and received confirmation that the order had been accepted and my payment taken. After five days (the stated turnaround time) I had not received anything notification of dispatch. I called on the following Monday (circumnavigating the voicemail that is never answered) and was told that my labels would be with my by that Wednesday. They were not. I called on the Friday and was told that the other person had not told me the truth. That the labels that I had ordered and paid for would not be arriving because the job had not been started and that it would not be started until I paid more money. He didn't explain why I had to pay more money (presumably it was a problem with the online calculator), just that the job hadn't been started and wouldn't be until I paid five times the amount I was originally quoted.

So, although it was established that the error was theirs and not mine there was no offer to honour the contract that I had entered in to. I was given no notification that there was a problem with my order so that I might have had the option to either pay the difference or find another supplier rather than have two weeks of my time and sales wasted waiting for an order that would never arrive. I was lied to on my first call for reasons I don't really understand and which were never explained.

I am only grateful that I got my money back as I understand that others have not been as lucky. The service was awful in almost every conceivable way.

"Quick Service No issues"

This is the first time i've actually bothered writing a review but due to all the negative feedback with this company I thought I should share my experiences. I ordered the job on Friday, it arrived Wednesday exactly what I was looking for - no problems. I'm a graphic designer so supplying the artwork was never an issue and i'm wondering if the reason jobs are being delayed is due to artwork problems which are no fault of the company.
