"Pathetic company, avoid like the plague"

I placed an order with these guys a week ago and was told my decals would be delivered in 1-4 days. A week later nothing had been received so I called to find out what the problem was. They claimed to have emailed me but couldn't produce a copy of the email or a date. They entirely botched getting my decals delivered on time for my rally event. Both the sales person (Brittany) and designer (George) were incredibly rude and arrogant, both hanging up on me when I questioned the way they had handled my order - so not only can they not deliver products on time, they also can't demonstrate of professional and courteous attitude when dealing with their mistakes. This is the most pathetic company I have come across in the last few years - if you want to get your goods and have a passable experience I would go elsewhere.

"Good value, but delivery could be quicker"

I've used this company last year with no issues, although this time I had to request an update on delivery time for a 12ft x 2ft banner with uploaded JPEG design. It was ordered on the 16th (they give a free next day delivery for orders over £50) I emailed on the 23rd and it was delivered on the 25th. Basic no frills quality, but what I needed. Would I order from them again? Yes, provided I didn't need a banner urgently.

"Great price, great product"

Don't understand the negative reviews below as I've had a great experience buying stickers from this company. I'd received samples from other companies and was really disappointed in the quality - took a chance on Discount Banner Printing without seeing a sample and when they arrived, my expectations were exceeded.

I had to email a couple of times for an update on my order but Brittany emailed back and was very helpful in checking the progress of the order with me. For the low price paid, I really didn't mind the emails back and forth! I'm already placing another order for a second set of stickers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on.

"Seriously, one start is too much!!!"

Seriously, one start is too much!!! Please do read online reviews before place an order with them, the reviews are here for a good reason, DO NOT make the same mistake I made. I did read some online reviews about them and thought how bad that can be. Then all issues people mentioned in their reviews were happened on me!!! No one picked up the customer service phone line; the emails replied really slow; asked for different types of files (to be honest all of these files they seriously can simply make themselves, it only cost them no more than 1 minute to make), I pretty sure they used this excuse to drag the process time; never gave exact date you can receive your order. So its one waiting game after another. They have sagepay as third party to receive payment from you, no matter what happens, sagepay has nothing to do with the order. Not surprised why they don't have paypal as a payment method, or they might receive numbers of dispute on a daily basis. Its been way over a week, still no stickers. DO NOT believe what they said online about the delivery time, when I was ordering it, it shows I will receive it in 3 working days thats why I ordered with them! I don't understand if they can invest that much on google to make people so easy to find them (probably there are too many orders to do as they are doing so well on google, but this is not your customers fault! You pay google that much to get this much attention for purpose), but why not improve your service quality to get more new and return customers. I will update see if I can EVER receive the order.

"CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN"

You have had the time to report all the negative reviews and give reasons for why they should be taken off this website, I wish you had taken as much time to sort out your joke of a company and deliver a very basic product or if you were not able to, compensate all those that have complained at the atrocious service they have received by this company.

Edited to remove the comments that 'offended' your staff, you must deeply care about them, shame you don't show any respect whatsoever for 90% of your customers-

What an absolute nightmare. To cut a rather annoying long story short- Never received my order, customer services practically non existent and very basic when they finally picked up the phone, I spoke to them once after phoning for days on end, they replied to one of many e-mails . Icing on the cake was them sending my order to some council estate in Manchester and never receiving any compensation or even an apology.

They should be shut down immediately and the owners should be punished accordingly as clearly most people who have had the misfortune of dealing with this shambolic mess of a company have had a similar experience. I partly blame myself for not reading the reviews, don't make the same mistake as me and all the others who have their review pending.

"Cant believe all these negative reviews?"

If I had seen Trustpilot before ordering from this company I would never have done so and that is unfortunate as I have nothing but praise for the service and product I received. I own and run a pub and brewery and needed banners to help raise our profile in the local community so I trawl the internet and land on "DBP", I ordered and sent my own artwork (this might be where some customers experience issues and it is so difficult to convey artwork by phone or email), I then had an email saying the artwork was not of high enough resolution, this I corrected sent it straight back and had my banners all within 48hrs of ordering and they are fantastic quality.
So my experience is first class and cant praise them highly enough which why it surprises me all these negative reviews? I spoke with local banner/sign makers and they were talking in weeks for delivery and twice the price.
Owning and running a business is difficult these days and review sites are all well and good but can be misread as usually its customers that have had bad experiences are angry and want to vent so they write bad reviews, if you have great service we usually keep it to ourselves and "carry on" its the British way, after all what am I to gain from writing a good review, that's right nothing, but writing a bad review, I can get my own back and let off a little steam!
Give them another go.........I'm going too!

"ZERO MARKS FROM ME"

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in my 10 yrs of business.
They are full of promises and delivered nothing. They let me down on several occasions and when asked for a refund I got attitude. I run a large business and needed these in time for launch, they have cost me time and money.
I would avoid these cowboys at all costs.

"Awful - Do not use this more than useless company!"

I spent over £120 on custom stickers. I had several emails back and forth with team member who I presumed was handling my order, however, when my stickers arrived they were not as ordered and discussed in my previous emails.
When I contacted them (which you can only really do by email as they hardly answer the phone) they said that I approved the 'proof' so it was my fault. When explaining and showing them all my previous emails, they said the guy I had been dealing with was merely in the sales team and had nothing to do with my order.
Surely you would expect them to understand how this mishap has happened and send me the correct prints. NO, they never called me even though I asked 5 times for a response from a manager. Useless emails from them negating blame on me! Oh, but they offered me 20% Goodwill Gesture off my next order - the freaking cheek of it!!
I wish I'd seen these reviews before. Instead I have lost money and have a headache...
Stay away from these cowboys at all cost!

"AWFUL COMPANY...STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS"

What I ordered turned up a week and a half late. I couldn't get through to a single person to ask where it was. When I eventually did I was told I would be getting my postage back.

2 months later I have had nothing back. I have written to a lot of bodies about this company and advise you all to do the same and get them shut down!!

"Very slow service - but good product"

My order was also very slow with no communications other than the automated email confirmation. It arrived around 9 days after ordering however the quality is very good and around half the price of other quotes I got.
