The experience was great! It was fast and easy. I made my purchase during my lunch hour!!

"Not happy with my overall experience"

Not happy with my overall experience. I came into the store in December bought living room furniture and a rug. The loveseat and pillows needed to be ordered. I never heard from anyone that they had come in. I called the store in Tulsa numerous times and could not get a callback with any information. I finally demanded a call back from Management, spoke with Peter. He was very non-shallant and didn't care that my overall experience was bad. I came into the store to re-order a different frame, when I came in Peter started to wait on me, his cell phone rang and I never saw him again. His call was more important than taking care of an already unhappy customer. If it wasn't for Shelby taking care of me my total purchase (which isn't a small amount by the way) would have turned into a "No Sale" for Bob Mills Furniture.

I still have not gotten a response from the store in anyway on how their going to rectify this problem. They may still get the furniture back, we'll see if my couch and loveseat comes in that was ordered in a timely fashion and I hear back from someone.

My mattress feels harder than the one I tried at the store. I'm trying to give it the 90 days but I don't know if my back can take the 90 days. I hurt every day I wake up. I even did the spa test thing that was supposed to tell me what kind of mattress to buy. It didn't pick me a very good one.

After the experience with the sleep center they found the mattress that best fit me and it has been the most comfortable bed I have ever bought, highly recommend
