Was immediately “latched onto” upon walking in the door. We asked to just let us browse as we didn’t need anyone walking the store with us. The rep completely ignored our request and continued to stalk us and interrupt our conversation. My mother and I could not look at furniture alone at all. It was horrible. We left and bought our chair somewhere else. Their no “shopper stalkers” policy is a lie.

I ordered my lovely couch and chair with ottoman online within a week I had my furniture. Great customer service and the guys that delivered it were on time and very nice and set everything up in no time.The furniture is beautiful and very well made.
