I purchased a power recliner back in mid February 2023. In late July, the back of the chair popped and you could tell something had broken. We called Bob Mills (OKC) for repair.
I was totally satisfied with the service/repair side of Bob Mills. The issue I have is the quality assurance of the company. When the tech came to diagnose the problem, it was clear that the back of the chair was broken either in the warehouse or during the delivery process after purchase. The area of damage had been slipshod repaired with a small medal piece and 2 wood screws. It should never have left the store or been delivered to the customer in that condition. I paid $2600 for what I thought was a new chair and got a broken one from the get-go. I requested on two occasions to speak to the general manager about it but never got a return call after leaving voice-mails. This will be the last time I buy anything from Bob Mills.

"We just purchased a reclining love seat…"
We just purchased a reclining love seat from the Bob Mills store in Midland Tx. We were greeted by Shiela Mulkey who also was our sales person. She was not only very friendly and totally professional but made us feel like we were old friends. She made sure that she showed us the entire line of furniture in our taste and price range. She made sure that we tried out all recliners to see if it fit our needs. At the end of the day we found the exact recliner, purchased it and then arraignments made for delivery. The delivery estimated time and actual delivery time was exact to the minute. The delivery guys were friendly, courteous and totally professional. All in all this entire experience has been the best buying experience I have ever had. As for our recommendations based on our recent experience I highly recommend Bob Mills Furniture, Midland, Tx location and ask for Shiela Mulkey.

"The Good , The Bad and The Ugly"
We decided on going to Bob Mills for our mAtress because we have shopped there before , we have other pieces of furniture and have been happy. Our saleswoman was great . Joy. We have bought mattresses before but not a 5,000.00 mattress . We bought the special cover , we were told we needed it for the warranty on the mattress. We have had our mattress 8 months when we realized why does it feel so lumpy and uncomfortable. We did the turning of the bed at 6 months . I filed a claim on the mattress, sent in pictures . Initially emails were answered and after multiple unanswered emails. I call and was told oh your claim was denied .wow we didn’t even know. I then requested a service person come out and re take pictures , even with us having warranty , I still had to pay for the service call. So after paying another 59.99 or something like that , I was able to schedule an appt. The BOB MILLS service person came out, He seemed to be knowledge in this area and he even stated in his own words , Yes he does see , areas where our mattress is defective , it’s like the top half of our bed is defective, he also saw the areas of indentation. He pointed out something that my husband and I weren’t even aware of . The bed is not even level one side is higher than the other . We wanted to be sure nothing happened to our warranty so we had Bob Mills company come and set up our new base and new bed. He told he was turning in our paperwork and we should hear something within 24-48 hours . My husband got an email from Bob Mills the next day stating our claim was once again denied . Per the manufacturer “ indentions were 1- 1.5 in not 2 inches deep. We can’t even believe nothing can be done about this !! We will never buy a mattress from Bob Mills again. 8/26/2023 will be 1 year since we bought our mattress and we are so unhappy! And will be sure to discourage anyone from shopping at your store .

Completely honest and extremely knowledgeable salespeople at Bob Mills. Their customer service is five-star along with their delivery service and setup from start to finish. It was an amazing experience.

"My 82 year old mother bought a $2000…"
My 82 year old mother bought a $2000 power recliner in October and it broke 3 weeks ago! They won't replace it and she has called the salesman and he was worthless. I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper from Bob Mills. They suck!!

Delivery people did an excellent job setting everything up. Just had one broken piece of furniture that needs to be replaced. I did not experience was great.

Your delivery dispatch kept us updated regarding delivery time. Richard and Daniel were very friendly and professional while providing excellent delivery/furniture moving service. There were challenges in getting our old sofa out and our new sofa in, but they were positive and upbeat throughout the entire process, despite the heavy weight of the furniture and the tight spaces they had to maneuver the furniture within our home. These guys did a great job!
