Bought a bedroom set online before we moved. They delivered right on time when we arrived. Set it up perfectly. Furniture was better than expected. We loved it so much we visited the store and bought a bedroom set for another room. Can’t wait for delivery! Diangelo and Jenny were great to work with! Knowledgeable, nice and they know their stuff!

"Bob Mills decides to "NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!"
As you can see, Bob Mills decides to "NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!" Their response verifies my original complaint, basically repeating what I said, and then saying on this forum, that they are not going to address the issue that we have with the 2nd mattress from them, that is now a little over 1 month old, that has failed, and is sagging on both sides. It’s worse than the 1st mattress that failed, both within a few days. And I’m 5'-7" 165# and my wife is smaller than me; that’s the quality of the mattresses they sell! I approached them repeatedly as a very unhappy customer, and Bob Mills choose this response, rather than to MAKE IT RIGHT! I told them I would file complaints, and they didn’t care! Also, this makes their Bed Match Technology and everything they advertise about their technology a complete joke because of this quality of mattresses. Does it really matter what their technology says?
They're using the excuse that because we bought it from the End Zone, they are not going to MAKE IT RIGHT and address the issue. They knew it was junk, that's why it was there. Rules made by Bob Mills can and should be altered, especially with mattresses. Good customer service should dictate how to handle this, override the as-is stipulation, and MAKE IT RIGHT. This is Bob Mills Furniture mode of operation! Now we are stuck with a one month old mattress that is in worse shape than a 20 year old Sealy that we got at a wholesale warehouse for 1/3 of the price then; we looked at the pricing last week because of their decision to NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, so we know we were ripped off and very unhappy customers. I think their method of operation is obvious, so be aware, and stay away from The End Zone!
Also, by saying they replaced the damaged furniture, is admitting to the fact that they sell defective, unusable brand-new furniture; that their full-time repair tech couldn't even repair. They replaced the furniture, but to send out furniture without a Quality Check or Inspection is unbelievable to me. They unloaded this furniture, hoping we would accept it and not say anything. Again, that’s obviously the Bob Mills philosophy.
We could tell immediately upon entering the store that they seemed shady, trained to deceive, we were repeatedly lied to, and when you catch them, they find another way to deceive. We wish we would have walked out when they said you get a free mattress, and lied when they said they would give us $300 credit on our sale and didn't (which was a joke and sales gimmick) . Now we know and you know! Word of mouth will hopefully play a role here because we will tell everyone we talk to and post where we can.
We choose the hill country to retire, bought a used home north of Canyon Lake in 2023 and wanted a new bedroom set and a mattress that would last. Admittedly we made a huge mistake by choosing Bob Mills Furniture. It’s March 2024; we’ve been dealing with them on a simple bedroom set and these mattress issues for 6 months. Just letting you know the facts and truth of this fiasco.

Even though the delivery was very delayed I was kept aware of every single step. The drivers called me and the AI bot texted me with updates constantly. The actually delivery and installation was smooth and quick!

I wished I had spent time researching and asking the right questions. I was in need of mattress as have been sleeping on couch due to back issues. I took a risk and bought from Bob mills (had prior good experience with couch we bought with them). I did not ask the right questions. Told had 90 days return policy but we did have to buy the $200 pillows and $200 mattress protector to go with the $4000 mattress. After spending time sleeping on it, my back hurt worse than ever. When asked about returning told we had to pay 10% restock fee and get a equal or greater value mistake, I mean mattress. 6 months later finally broke down spent couple days reading online and found Winkbed. Ended up with an amazing bed no sleep problems or back pain, all natural material at 1/3 price that included free shipping and very best part it was made in Texas by Texans. Please please please do your research and don't buy the overpriced mattresses Bob mills does not truly guarantee. Sleeping better then ever and 4k mattress regret.
