"No warning that some cards just fall into LARGE LETTER category for postage"

The cards are excellent quality and good value when offered at 15 for £10. But be warned - the "Luxury" ones measure 17 x 17cm which is just too large for standard postage. Although the size was stated, there was no warning on the website page that these count as large letters.

I have ordered twice in the last few weeks. I should've ordered together to get free postage. My mistake! The cards are truly beautiful. Like little works of art. I'm looking forward to sending them. The Christmas cards are particularly cute. Delivery was 7-10 days for both orders, so if you're ordering for a special occasion, please bear that in mind.

I use this company a lot as I love their cards and wrapping paper.
Quality and value are amazing.
I had a few wrong cards but received replacement with no problem.
Only 4* as there was an offer on wrapping paper but it didn't work when I tried using it & there was no communication from the CS.
But I will use this company again

"Excellent products but customer service could be a little better "

I regularly use this company for my cards etc.. The choice and quality are excellent.

However the customer service is not always good.
The offers occasionally don't always work as they should when it comes to check out which is frustrating.

I recently emailed to cancel an order due to an error (I was then going to place a new order) and it took 4 days to get a response, only to be told "it looks like your order is ready for dispatch and can't be cancelled"

I think it was a busy time with the bank holiday weekend but "looks like" is not an acceptable response, it just comes across as they can't be bothered to check.

I was also told to refuse the parcel but as I am expecting more than one I wouldn't know which to refuse and it isn't really worth the hassle.

It won't stop me from buying again but if it wasn't for the occasional customer service and website issues it would be 5 stars

"Delighted with my first purchase"

I have just received my first order from Whistlefish and am delighted with the quality and price of the cards (10 for £10 + p&p - a veritable bargain), the communication from the Company and the speed of delivery. I ordered them on Thursday, they were dispatched on Friday and I received them on Saturday. They were very carefully packaged and I will definitely be using the Company again.

Not sure why I’m reading such bad reviews??!!! Used them loads and often buy my cards in bulk. Saves me money and it works out very reasonable and the cards and wrap are beautiful.

I love Whistlefish cards and Notelet tins, have ordered 4-5 times now. Quality is very good, designs beautiful and they are made in UK. Dispatch can be a little slow, but no bother. The one time I was missing an envelope for a large card. I emailed them and they duly sent one to me. My experience has been excellent and I happily recommend.
