"Dryer Brushes???"
I absolutely love my Shernbao dryer. I use it everyday. It's my workhorse.
When other groomers in the pro groups I belong to ask advice on dryers similar to this, I always recommend the one I have or a nother Shernbao dryer.
The three stars are because for the first time I have had to change the brushes on a dryer myself. I know nothing about it.
I asked advice on my grooming sites and no one else seemed to really know how to do it and suggested that I look up videos online or go to the company's website.
I had no help from the company. The brushes came without instructions and videos online where generic for similar types of dryers but not this one in particular or this brand in particular.
It would be helpful if a company like this with such good products had some videos or directions with pictures or links to videos that could show us how to change such an important component on the dryer, which needs to be changed from time to time. Many groomers just tell me that they send their dryers out to other people to have that done. I don't think it's something you need to spend money having someone else do if you know how to do it yourself.

My product came damaged. I have not received the replacement part. It was difficult to contact the company to notify them of the damage. I ordered this because my dogs are blowing their coats now. I needed to use it right away. Still waiting...

Very happy with the dryer however one attachment piece (round) is defective otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Super easy Ordering & quick efficient delivery. Will call to ask for new attachment piece.
