I truly appreciate the superb level of customer service I received. I have a Typhoon blower/dryer and because the power cord was pulled severely it actually broke the white wire tab on the power board.
I did not want to send the unit back so Alfredo sent me a new board. I received it a few days later but the board was different.
When I called Alfredo he responded by sending me a picture of how the new board was wired. I followed along and now everything is working.
Alfredo actually offered a live video chat with a Shernbao technician if I got stuck.

We own a grooming salon in North Alabama. We have been using Shernbao products for a couple of years now. We have been very pleased with every aspect of doing business with Shernbao. I love these dryers! I own a small grooming shop and I’ve used a K9 II for years. I recently hired a new groomer and needed another dryer. I red the reviews and loved the fact that other said it was powerful and quiet. I bought the Hurricane and loved it so much I bought the Typhoon dual to replace my K9. Best decision ever.
