"Great with our security dogs."

"Maxx (German Shepherd-110lbs) & Dublin…"

Maxx (German Shepherd-110lbs) & Dublin (Domestic Short Hair-9lbs) were taken care of so well as they traveled to Germany. I was worried about how they would be throughout this process (being taken to the vet, boarded, flying and delivery to us), but everything went well beyond my expectation. I was emailed pictures of my pets while being boarded, and I was sent a courtesy email when they boarded, when they landed and when they reached their final destination. They got to Germany in great condition and seemed to be just fine with the whole experience. I was worried a little, whenever I called and spoke to someone new, they seemed to have have some information mixed up, or some information hadn't made it onto my file but in the end everything went very smoothly. All in all, it turned out great and will definitely be using them again on our return to the U.S.

"Thanks for the nice dog transportation…"

Thanks for the nice dog transportation services provided by Doggonetaxi. My dog has been well taxied from Seattle, United States to Beijing, China safely and on time. The only problem I met in Beijing airport is my name on the Air Transport sheet issued by United and transported together with my dog is misspelled. It is suggested United Airlines should confirm the contents on the sheet with dog owner in its PetSafe Service process. Thanks for Doggonetaxi’s great job once again.

"Transport went smooth on the day of"

Transport went smooth on the day of, team members were professional during conversations, updates were provided as indicated. Getting the details ironed out and scheduling shipment took longer than desired due to the agency not communicating with each other well and dropping the ball over the holiday.

"I'd have given them a better rating"

I'd have given them a better rating, except for an after-sales experience they've not responded to yet: My dog arrived safe and sound, but I discovered that he had lost his brand-new water bottle along the way. I sent them an email inquiring about it and whether I may expect reimbursement for it or if they could trace it. They never responded, even up to this writing. That was over three months ago. At the very least, if they really couldn't have done anything about it, they could have just responded and explained so. I'd have been okay with that. But the thing is: they never did.

Otherwise, the earlier part of my dealings with them were good. Just a slight lag in phone and email communications, but I was willing to overlook those.

Because I'm bringing up an after-sales matter, I guess what I really want to highlight here is that no response from them shows me as a customer that, after they got paid and all, common courtesy from their end just kind of flew out the window. And in a service industry, the real differentiator is often in these simple human touches that express that I'm truly a valued customer--so much louder than just mere words.

"Efficient and professional"

Our dog was unable to join us on our military flight to Germany. Fortunately, the Dog Gone Taxi team was able to step in and help us out. They took care of all flights, ensuring our pet's safety throughout the process while assisting us with all the paperwork requirements. They were flexible and more than willing to provide us options at each turn. Even with a few obstacles, this company got us our pet safe and sound and at a pace comfortable for our family. Great work from a great company.
