Postage is too expensive for an item of such low value, I did try phoning and a recording said leave a message, but no one got back to me. Plus the information and pictures were not sufficient meaning that the drain extender didn't fit the drain I'd already previously ordered, neither did the drain grid fit the part, therefore it was rather a waste of time and money. I ordered from elsewhere and the job is now complete as it was a perfect fit.
However, I am pleased to say that Trade Pipes did contact me following my review and it appears I made an error with my 2nd order! I appreciate their comments and feedback and give extra stars for their reaching out to me in this way, many thanks.

From the 1st phone call I was met with a happy team member, who was able to guide me through products, when his knowledge was insufficient he was able to send me product information and offer solutions with support from the supply chain. Areas to strengthen are in the delivery, often goods turned-up unannounced with limited notice.
