I tried to cancel so that I could reorder what I needed correctly being that I placed it wrong and they weren't understanding what I wanted. 10 emails later they kept asking me why and I already explained, they claimed they canceled but I haven't received a confirmation or anything. I won't replace order until I know its canceled.

I ordered 5 curtains and then I ordered 4 more. The quality was just what I was looking for. I must tell you calling was difficult but email worked for me. Email responses took anout 24 to 36 hrs

I got my curtains after waiting for a brief period due to Covid. I was fine with that. However when I got them. The 100x84 ones had 2 grommets missing on the top and 3 broken. I was very disappointed. My 54x85 was perfect. End result mildly happy.
