Appalling service a straight forward house sale (no chains involved) from the start errors made, the process took 19 weeks due to the firms incompetence. Error after error. Recommended by Chancellors estate agents (who got a referral!) fee. Total lack of communication. Keep well clear. I am passing my complaint to the ombudsman.

she is never available
she allways replay to emails after 3-4 days
still waiting to finish my purchace and she dont answer she put me on voice mail
shame on them
and a BIG ADVICE FROM ME
DONT USE ANY CHEAP SOLICITOR U FIND
YOUR JOB IS GONNA BE DELAY LIKE MINE
