Everything was packaged really well. However, one of the fragrance oils has flies in it and I don't want to pour oil containing flies into wax 🥺 I'm surprised no one noticed before packaging it. I tried to fill out their contact form twice and the captcha (not a robot) test wouldn't even show so I couldn't submit the form to ask for help. If supplies for candles see this is there an email I can contact to get a replacement?

"Not happy"

I placed my order as usual and paid for it. I the ordered my product labels at the cost of £10. I also ordered my Clp label also at a cost. I have received an email to say sorry but our system did not update correctly and we do not have the product that you ordered and it now has been discontinued. We will refund you as soon as possible. We will offer you a 10% discount from a selection of products. Not sure that I’m really getting anything as I have already paid out for labels.
