A lot of my candle glasses were delivered smashed, granted upon reaching out a refund was arranged pretty quickly, the packaging of glass was lousy, no fragile tape, no bubble wrap or anything to maintain product safety. On your website it advises to order 10% more of what you need for damages, this shouldn't be a factor, you should pay for what you need and get more assurance it wont be damaged. Your competitors are doing better than this.

Absolutely perfect. Wide range of vessels, fragrances, wicks and more! Love the wooden lids range too. Very efficient delivery service. I've bought from them over 5 times now and each time the delivery has been in perfect condition. Not a single broken glass. (Was only one that had a slight scratch from production. Used for testing) Dyes are bright and last well. Scents are gorgeous. (My favourite is the Toasted Marshmallow) I would highly recommend. I stumbled upon them while researching suppliers and although I have tried others, these are my go to for almost everything!
