"SKU: FRAG0073V2-500 product used? "

I have been using this company for some time, I order some items 1 item SKU: FRAG0073V2-500 normally its so strong is amazing, this time round the product smell was weak? I thought ok when I did what i all ways do it will be fine, NOPE still weak and not strong smelling at all, I have had several attempts to sort this BUT with no better out come, Seams the product I used above SKU: FRAG0073V2-500 are weaker ie maybe diluted down more than normal? ( not on my side ) very disappointing 2nd item SKU: CHEM13-5L normally its very over powering NOT this time both items are defiantly not what I am used to getting and are a lot weaker in smell's, soon as i get my goods i have a habit of smelling them asap! but both items were a lot weaker unsure what else to say > as I have several attempts to make sure it was not me making a mistake < BUT NO? STILL NOT AS STRONG AS IT USED TO BE Sadly :( just weak

My soap base arrived very quickly, it was well packed and the courier left the package exactly where I asked him to. All in all a very good experience.

"Prosoy Pillar Wax Very disappointing product "

Despite a really good description I have found the wax to be the most disappointing. Each time regardless of fragrance load (I was using 10% initially then lowered this), pouring temp (I was pouring at 75degrees C), cooling temp, various moulds etc etc the end result is always broken structure and hollowing inside the mould requiring a double pour. I contacted Supplies for Candles who responded promptly however the guidelines they suggested in their email differ completely to that of the description. Please be aware of this when ordering. It’s states in the description. ’• Fragrance Load: Up to 10%
• Pour Temperature: Between 71°C -82°C’. however the advice in their email stated ‘you are pouring this at too higher temperature, this should be poured at 57% not 75%.
I would also recommend lowering the amount of fragrance as this could also effect the finish’. So completely different to the details in the description.
