"Badly creased trousers…"

Ordered a pair of Smarts trousers which was shipped in a small box that resulted in the garment being heavily creased. After I complained, Spoke advised that some garments can be prone to creasing and recommended i put them in the washing machine etc which should help get the creases out! That was the extent of their response. I do not believe a new pair of strides need washing before they are worn.These trousers normally retail at £160 but they looked like a rag when I tried them on out of the box. They have been returned (unwashed). Spoke need to do something about their packaging, especially when they are aware some garments will arrive heavily creased! This is my fifth pair of strides from Spoke but. No more till they sort their packaging out.
Update: Since writing this review, spoke offered to meet the cost of dry cleaning. Unfortunately the garment had already been shipped back to them.

They're just the best trouser company! I've been wearing Spokes for about a year now and I'm blown away with their products and customer service. The unboxing experience is lovely as well. I have 5 pairs now and all of them have been perfect.

I did have a very slight issue with one of my older orders and Ellie from the customer service team was incredible and resolved the issue straight away – just as they promise on the website. Thanks so much again, Ellie!

If you're hesitant like I was at first then please don't be. Just buy them! I'm on my 5th pair and haven't looked back.

"They make bloody good jackets too… SPOKETACULAR"

Spoke are my go to brand when buying trousers. I have 6 pairs. Recently they have added a smart / casual cord jacket to their outstanding catalogue. Naturally I was interested and when an offer of 20% discount on Cyber Monday was applied I readily took the bait, saving £64 on the list £320 price. As usual the product arrived within 48 hours courtesy of DPD. Opening up I was surprised to see that the jacket comes with its own SPOKE carrying bag, zipped and very useful. The jacket was of a very high standard, beautifully tailored ( without being formal ), lovely wide cord and my dark navy colour was perfect to go with most of my wardrobe. Cannot recommend highly enough… get one !

ANNOYING. I wanted to order on several different occasions, each time I’m promised 10% off, then 15% if you sign up for something different. Tried to order but 19% & 15% weren’t valid… next, I then get Thighday ONLYTHISTIME 20% discount hey hey!!
Tried to order today, OUT OF STOCK??
I give up, was interested, but no more.

"The range of fittings is helpful in…"

The range of fittings is helpful in getting a good fit. The no nonsense returns policy means I can experiment on style and fit. If I have a criticism it is I find the number of styles of a product a bit confusing and difficult to differentiate.

"£130 jeans need to be more durable than this..."

So I bought some travel denim jeans on April 20, 2024.
Was happy with the fit and wore them regularly.
Now in November 2024, the fabric is failed and split just below the cr**tch. Totally unacceptable for a £130 pair of jeans. Since they are outside the 200 day return window, there is no way to return (or review them on the site). I won't be using them again.
