"Great Service"

Very quick fitting and communication. We can't get the 50mb which is the only downside for us but that is a function of our position rather than a fault of the company. The engineer was great, very friendly and efficient and tried as many 'tweaks' as he could to get a better signal but we couldn't make the 50mb. The fact is where we are it is easily better than what else is available so very happy.

"Im on the R350 package last week thy…"

Im on the R350 package last week thy sent me an email i must pay R677 i phoned them and thy said its an tecnical problem but its sorted. Today thy wanted to debid R677 from my acount and the debidorder faild. I phoned them again this morning now thy say i must make a plan to pay them. If it was my mistake i would gladly go out of my way to get the money im ther acount but its was there mistake so they must be responsible for there mistake not me. I am defnitly canceling them

"Great staff"

Easy process to follow. Friendly team. Neil was particularly understanding and did a great job explaining everything to my grandmother and caused no disruption at all. Service so far is good - a vast improvement on previous copper wire service. Highly recommended.
