Went to m4 vans because of the reviews and I was not disappointed, Nick was amazing from start to finish communicated and reassured me through every bit of the process and filled me with confidence as I was bit worried from being messed around before. Can’t fault the service we received from Lee at M4 Van Centre. He went out of his way to source the van we wanted within our budget and came up with a stunner! - a low mileage Renault Trafic Sport, which we absolutely love.
What makes them different to other van sales within the area, is their ‘no hard sell approach’, we weren’t pressurized into making a decision there and then. A £250 deposit secured the van and we could collect once we sorted out our finances.
On the day of collection, we were given a run through of what buttons did what and they included a 6 month warranty for peace of mind.
If you’re looking to replace your van, have a look at their current stock or give them a ring, as they sourced our van within a fortnight of our initial inquiry. And they make a mean cup of tea!
