After being placed in a villa below our expectations we were moved to another villa.
Staff in Puerto Pollensa treated us with utter contempt

"Simply a company I would never use again."

We stayed in 3 villas due to problems. So a warning to others:
The aircon is on timers, that do not necessarily work properly, cutting out in the heat of the night and may have cutouts on the bedroom doors so you have to be in a room with the aircon on to turn it on. And it cuts out when you leave.
The photos in the brochure appear to be heavily photoshopped.
You book in on Saturday but the office is closed till Monday so any problems you are on your own.

Friendly knolwledgeable staff (Audrey). Excellent well equipped villas. Always get a new hire car, very easy to collect from airport. Would always use Sealand.

The car hire company have always provided an excellent car together with seemless service.
