Excellent service, wonderful villa, a company well worth renting from.

Overall experience a lot of things needed fixing whilst there for the money we paid you would expect everything to be top drawer. A lot of emails and calls to the property manger who does not answer their phone. Location is pretty good and the views are first class for sure and the layout of the villa is well thought out and good for larger numbers as there is plenty of terraces etc to sit out on. Could be more enjoyable with a bit more attention to detail like beach towels, some soaps on arrival and a few bottles of water etc. I would expect everything is working on arrival power, water, Internet (Very poor), washing machine. Overall we enjoyed the villa and the kids enjoyed the pool and inflatables that were supplied which was nice and useful for the kids and adults. This place could be 5 stars but some work to be done to improve the overall experience.

Immaculately clean and well kept villa. Super swimming pool and loggia for evening eating. Location great for Pollença, the port and beaches. Supermarket nearby. Scooter hire in Porta Pollença. Lovely quiet setting with great views of mountains. Altogether a great set up and would be happy to holiday here again.

Not five stars though because for the money the provision was stingy. No dishwasher tablets, hand soap or welcome pack. No swimming towels. The air con in one bedroom appeared to be on a timer. The pool lights switch off at midnight. There had been a storm the day before and the pool was full of leaves and scummy because the filters are on a timer too. This may have passed muster a few years ago but AirBnb has since upped the game. We transferred from here to Milan and our apartment there came with full toiletries, extra towels, and coffee, tea, chilled mineral water and biscuits on arrival.
