Poetic endings helped me arrange my fathers funeral which happened a few days ago. Louise and her team handled the whole process end-to-end, visiting my family, putting everyone at ease and ensuring that we got the exact funeral that we needed to say goodbye to my father. Louise made clear that we could have anything we needed and the millions of choices available to us: everything from a big traditional funeral to a completely alternative tiny ceremony in a family home. She and Anna listened to everything each family member needed and then put together a bespoke experience that enabled all of us to say the goodbye we needed to honor our own relationships to him. The funeral itself was devastating and beautiful - just immediate family and partners at a beautiful personal ceremony in an intimate setting. Louise and Anna were professional, warm, compassionate and supportive the entire time and made my family feel completely safe at a time when our world was falling apart. I cannot recommend Poetic Endings highly enough.
