Für meine Meta Quest 3 habe ich mir Linsen in meiner Fern-Stärke bestellt. Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell (aus USA) und ich bin super happy damit. Trage im Alltag eine Gleitsichtbrille, aber selbst die Fern-Stärken (mit hohem Cyl) ermöglichen mir ein so viel komfortableres Spielen mit der VR, ohne mir meine Brille unter der VR ins Gesicht zu quetschen.

I ordered transitions lens with progressive lens. I received my glasses and they are not transitions. I called and the guy Ray or Craig told me that I would have to get a full refund or store credit after they receive my glasses. I asked for them to right the wrong but got the run around. I asked for my money back for the cost of the transitions to be told they can't do that. I'm now on hold 15 minutes waiting to speak to a Supervisor. The guy Ray or Craig mouthed off " I was on your side" when I asked for someone over him. As soon as I posted this add, the call abruptly ended!! Go Figure. -- Since writing this review I have to admit that my glasses have transitioned after using the cloth that came with the glasses. I am satisfied with my glasses now but the level of customer service I received still sucked! I wasn't told try wiping the glasses or anything like that. I had posted a positive review a few years before. I had bought a pair of glasses, transitions also that darkened immediately.
So folks the quality of the glasses are acceptable after all.

Purchased glasses to help with nighttime glares/halos. They took forever to be delivered. When they finally came, I was excited to try them out only to be disappointed. It did not help even a little. I think they basically sent me glasses with lenses that had nothing to them..basically fashion glasses for people who don’t need to wear them. Plan on returning!
