My 1.67 High-Index Blokz®+ Tints glasses suddenly has a scratch on it while it was stored in a eyeglass case and they refuse to do anything about it. They won't even give me the option to purchase a extended warranty for this pair of glasses despite the order still being less than a year old. The only thing they wanted to do was offer 15% discount on a new pair of glasses to make more money off of me.
Update: Your reply acting like how sorry you are seems to be meaningless. If you care and feel sorry that this happened, then why don't you do anything about it?
