I have been buying from Zenni for over a decade. Recently I bought a pair of glasses I really loved. One evening I took them off to wash my face and the side broke clean off. I believe the quality of Zenni has greatly declined. I asked for a discount to try purchasing a pair that might be more durable but was refused, even after so many years as a loyal customer. I can't in good conscious spend money on glasses that will break again so easily.
