"Great Quality, Didn't Think the AI Fitting Tool Was Ideal"

The quality of the frames and lenses was excellent. They also arrived in the time frame that was promised, if not early.

The new AI feature, fitting the lenses to my face, was disappointing. I have a braod face and typically order wide (X-Large) frames. The difference in size between different frame options was not reflected in the tool. In the end, my new glasses are narrower on my face than I wanted. I'm getting used to them and will keep them, but I didn't like the discrepancy in sizing.
