"Jeg er fuldstændig skuffet over den…"

Jeg er fuldstændig skuffet over den service, jeg modtog fra Kundeservice Der var ingen form for forståelse, empati eller endda basale kommunikationsevner.

Først og fremmest virkede kunderådgiveren fuldstændig uinteresseret i at lytte til mine problemer. Det var tydeligt, at de blot ønskede at afvikle samtalen så hurtigt som muligt uden at løse noget som helst.

Jeg anbefaler ikke 3smoney - Deres gebyr er alt for høje og deres besvarelser af henvendelser sker oftest for sent.

The support I get from 3S money has been better than I got elsewhere, Eliezer takes a lot of time to hear my issues and is very quick to respond. Super happy with them.

"Top worst experience.."

My recent experience with this digital banking platform has been exceptionally unsatisfactory and stands out as the worst within the entire digital bank ecosystem.

Today, upon receiving a payment and attempting various business transactions, I encountered significant issues. Initially, an undisclosed fee ranging from 0.3% to 0.5% was deducted from each received payment before being credited to my account, a detail that was not communicated beforehand.

Given that I maintain a USD account and the received payment was also in USD, the platform indicated that USD payments were not allowed. Instead, they converted it to Euro at a fixed rate, which proved exorbitant when compared to market standards, and an additional charge was applied.

Following the transfer, two days elapsed without any response from the 3S platform. Upon I am asking about the whereabouts of my funds, I was informed that the payment was pending due to the requirement of an invoice.

In frustration, I promptly submitted the requested invoice which is all well and receiver bank is a solid street bank.

However, it took another additional 8 hours for them to respond, seeking details about the confidential business agreement with the money sender, protected under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Subsequently, my money şs locked, and I am currently awaiting a response from their account managers to move my business forward by making a payment, and getting the needed service for my clients.

It is worth noting that a monthly fee of $100 is charged for this subpar account management and customer support. It is insane!!!

I strongly caution everyone to thoroughly reconsider, not just twice, but several times before engaging with this platform and be a customer of them.

"Worst onboarding process ever!"

Riadh Jamel from 3s money has been dragging my application for 2 months now requested tons of documents, no proper communication at all, they reply once every 10 days. Don't trust they adverts that they will have your account open in 48h

"Erhvervskonto :-("

Jeg oprettede en erhvervskonto ved dem sidste år, havde intet hørt om dem og det var praktisk talt umuligt at få en dansk bank på dette tidspunkt. Mine kriterier var at der skulle være et dansk IBAN nummer, dansk konto (NEMID) samt usd konto, hvilket de på dette tidspunkt tilbød.
Efter få måneder fik jeg en mail om at de lukkede for usd valuta konto og umiddelbart efter at de også lukkede ned i DK dvs ingen dansk IBAN nummer/NEMID konto
Det var nærmest en skakmat situation for mig og mit firma men heldigvis lykkedes det mig at finde en dansk bank. Da jeg derefter ville opsige 3S kontoen pga de væsentlig ændrede forhold blev jeg mødt med en regning på eur201 for at lukke kontoen ned…. Mine anbefalinger får de ikke 😉
