BRC is the only car rental company that I use because they have never let me down at any stage of the rental process. The cost and customer service has always been first class so there is no reason to stop renting from BRC Christchurch.

Excellent customer service. The reservation centre called to confirm and check I had the car I needed. The Rental agent was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He made it clear how to contact the company in urgent circumstances and explained the insurance clearly. The car was in great condition for it's age (not brand new) and drove very well.
