Seamless hireage from online booking through to pick up to drop off of our car. We had minor car damage in a car park incident and found staff at the call centre understanding when I rang to report it. Asked numerous times if I was ok and then received a call from the branch I used checking on me and was told not to stress and to enjoy the rest of my car rental time.
