The Fast Track system that I ordered arrived quickly. I am part way through the install and the system up to this point works great. I haven't started the screeen yet. My only complaint is that, so far at least 20 to 25% of the anodized aluminum track is scratched. They are small scratches perpendicular to the length of the track. I can send pictures if needed

At the time I ordered this company had the photos not accurate of what side the hardware goes on. They have since corrected the photos since I brought it to their attention. Sadly I was not offered any type of replacement or discount for the backward made screens they sent me. I was told to use them backwards. I tried to correct their error myself and they are not as good as if a company made them.

Your product is a turd. If I didn't cut the track. I would have sent it back. It doesn't stay in the track or retract. I actually avoid going through that door now. I will never buy anything from you & will make sure i tell everyone not to buy your products. I wish I could get my money back & try again with a better product
