Update.
It was my mistake.
Wiley contacted me the next day and sorted it out by sending me new lenses the same day. Super fast and really great customer service. The real problem was that I had mounted the lenses upside down and this leads to visual distortion of the images. It's my fault and not Wiley's. The product is professional and is really great!
