Fresh Start delivered and collected the skip on time. It was hassle free from start to finish. This is the second time they have provided an excellent service, with competitive rates. I would highly recommend.

Shocking service I took out a contract in May 20 I must have rang this company 25 times since then due to incorrect invoices, missed collections, lock to bin not being fitted and then when this finally happened after 6 weeks they then took the lock when they emptied my bin and tried to charge me for the new lock being fitted. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone and I certainly will not be renewing my contract with them.

Constant missed collections. Always an excuse. One just came with a photo of an open bin store door proving they had access.

First time we have used Fresh, and the service is outstanding, Driver extremely polite and placed the skip exactly where we wanted it, very professional, on speaking with the office staff they were all very polite and helpful. Excellent all round service. We will definitely will use them again.

The skip arrived when stated the driver was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. We used the skip with household waste and it was collected on time, again the driver was excellent he was away in no time. From start to finish we had excellent service from the phone call to Sean to the end collection I would definitely recommend this company with excellent prices.

"Charged for a non collection and poor customer service"

Charged for a collection they didn’t make. Provided Cctv showing the lorry drove down the road. They advised the lorry couldn’t reverse to take the turning they missed due to a vehicle, however they just drove past it fine. Showed another vehicle turning past the vehicle also.

Absolute rubbish and waste of my time thinking you’d be dealing with somebody with common sense.

They also don’t listen and infer you’re lying.

I have been with Fresh for a while now after trying several others, at first I thought they would just be the same, over promise to get you in contract, and then change everything
BUT SURPRISE! No they keep to the letter, give you a personal service, always there to resolve mistakes, and provide very transparent and honest contract.
