Very helpful account manager - setting up our account and collections was easy, they spoke me through step by step. I have a query of an un-emptied bin which they are investigating for us. Would recommend

"No collection in the last 5 weeks"

For five months i have a a total of 4 collections. This is meant to be a fortnightly service.The excuse started off as they couldnt gain access to the bin due to there being a padlock with code on it. This is the lock they provided and the code they provided too.
Now the excuse is "no access" when the driver takes a photo whilst driving past and not even stopping. Its as if they find any excuse not to do the job they get paid to do.Getting responses from people takes forever if at all and it seems nothing gets resolved. Avoid this one.

I am currently with B&M waste and i have had nothing but issues with them. I contacted Fresh start and i have been dealing with a lady called Claire, her customer service is off the scale. nothing is ever too much and gets back to me straight away, she has helped me terminate my contracts with b&m waste and took all the stress away from me. i couldn't recommended them enough. i am so happy with will be taking over my new account.
