I ordered a jacket and tracked it to my local Royal Mail sorting office for awaiting delivery. There it stayed for 5 days went on the Royal Mail website and it’s now made its way to Scotland when my order clearly gives my address. After umpteen emails still no sign of the jacket. As for customer service there isn’t one. Totally been scammed keep away from them DO NOT USE

After Royal Mail lost my first parcel Maximoto sorted out and resent my order straight away.

I ordered a pair of boots but unfortunately when they arrived they weren’t comfortable. I emailed the company and although they were happy for me to return them I decided to visit the shop instead for an exchange. When I arrived I was able to try all the boots and I was able to swap them for another brand which luckily were the same price.Whilst there I purchased a pair of gloves and Kevlar jeans as they were good quality and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and didn’t mind that I tried various sizes and designs of the items until I was happy with them. I have recommended this shop to my motorcycling friends and we will be visiting soon.

I have not received the items yet. I have received a response from Maximoto, but it wasn’t particularly satisfactory. I am sure it will be resolved, but I cannot give a positive review until it is !

Items now received, and are good. Comms were better following the review, ultimately poor Royal Mail service reflects the overall purchase in this instance.
