"Great reports...improvement on CS responses needed"

It took quite a while to get a response back from customer service regarding several questions I had. I submitted questions on February 17 and didn't receive a returned response until March 29. That is an unrealistic timeframe when I'm working to verify potential tenants. With that being said, as I was working to create a specific report, an agent contacted me to chat about that and I used that opportunity to get my questions answered. Otherwise, it's been years since I have needed to verify tenants, so I do enjoy the all of the new changes.

Dashboard could use improvement for usability. People want point and click, and I find that I'm going in circles trying to find what I'm looking for half the time. virtual walk thou on how to, or video guides to show what things do and how it works. Editing features such as the rental application took a while to figure out how to edit it, then it there was a mistake how to undo it. just getting started but this is what has happened so far and trying to get help? where?

Once you do figure it out on your own, it's a useful tool that gets the basics done.
