Firstly, the inital welcome was great. It can be a little daunting initially, as there are many emotions flying around as you know you’re entering a new (and permanent) stage of life, so a friendly smile was very welcome. I saw Simone Alwar, whom I chose because I’d previously seen her at The Shard. She is perfect: friendly, empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable - what a mix! Everything was carefully and kindly explained to me.
Then I saw another receptionist at the end to arrange payment and arrange the next appointment. She was great as well. Very kind and helpful.
So all in all a great experience. Dare I say I’d rather not be needing a hearing aid (!!) but in the circumstances in which I find myself, I am SO GLAD that my consultant recommended them. I am LUCKY!
