They listened to me, reassured me and gave me expert advice on what solution was best for me. My hearing aids were swiftly available and fitted where they took time again to answer any questions and to make sure I was happy. I cannot say how much difference it has made to my life in being able to fully hear again, and knowing that if I have any questions I can easily get back to the team and have it solved!
