"The worst company i ever had service is…"

The worst company i ever had service is very bad, I have been using them for ten weeks they give the car without car mats,Uber stopped my app because they didn’t upload the insurance one day before I called them. They say that Insurance is Valid till 12 midnight they lost my day couldn’t work because of the insurance did they sent it to me? Next day? I had punch in the tires or wait for three hours to come back to me which they didn’t. I have to contact them three times till say to me you have to do it, by yourself and, I called Recovery and they put new tires which pay £150 and it was Saturday evening and I couldn’t work anymore .if you use this company, make sure you record what are you talking to them because they don’t care !!!
