UPDATE, so my area has introduced ltns to the greenwich area where phv are exempt from these as i have been in contact with greenwich of what my steps are, and have been told to do nothing
kjpco has just charged me 3 ADMIN FEES OF £45 so because of the mistake by the council,

a simple phone call to me and i would have explained whats gone on,

i have called kjpco 5 times today and emailed in, asking for a call back and youve guessed it no reply no calls,

i should not be paying for a pcn issued by mistake from the council kjpco should and can proove that the car is tfl licensed but cant be arsed, but happy to charge be £15
