"An Excellent Experience"

Katelyn Hartley, my agent, was excellent! I would give her 10 gold stars if that were an option! She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She is a good listener and answered my questions clearly. Even though our interaction was over the phone, I never once felt rushed. I spoke with her twice (Dec 5 and Dec 23) -- the second conversation was to get me copies of my enrollment letters, which I had not yet received from the insurance companies. I recommend CoverRight to anyone looking for medicare supplements or medicare Rx plans.

"The dedication of the representative …"

The dedication of the representative to knowing the details of her work and then sorting through our unique case and ultimately presenting to us a great plan were outstanding! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! She had virtually all the answers, was very patient and continued to work while I made photos of documents for her.

"A gentleman was suppose to call me on…"

A gentleman was suppose to call me on Friday 12/06/24 @ 11:30 and he never did call me which I was notified early that Friday with a reminder that he would be calling. No such call was received. That’s bad business. So please remove my phone number a long with my email.
