Tom Ness, was very easy to talk to and very helpful, respected my wishes. I asked him not to call me on the phone, only email, until I was ready to make a decision. He respected that wish. When it came time to ask all the questions and signup he was right there to assist. Only regret is that I wish HE would be my representative for my Ins. needs.

From an online search of Medicare Advantage providers I found Richard by chance. He provided my options as side-by-side tables allowing me to compare coverage and cost from basic to cadillac plans. The whole process did not take long, and pleased with the results. I now have better coverage than Medicare alone for a small $15/month additional premium.

I spoke to several agents in my search for the right Medicare plan. Thomas was by far my favorite. He was detailed in explanations, patient through my many questions, and actually made the experience pleasant. He is personable and went the extra mile to help. Trust is an issue for me, yet I trust Thomas. That was sadly lacking in those at other companies. Thomas's is a huge asset for his company.
