"Bad experience "
I have been very surprised with the services I have received from beautology after reading so many good reviews. My clinician was very good and I don't have any issues with how my treatments went (apart from that it was not hugely successful for me overall). But it was the constant confusion and poor communication that has really let things down. I took out a mytime membership for laser hair removal. There was one month where they had a change of systems and unfortunately my session was not put on the new system (apparently an issue a few people had too) but I wasn't too concerned by this as I was assured that the session would roll-over. I thought nothing of it and just continued with my monthly sessions. I was recently told that unfortunately this session was in fact 'lost' because I hadn't used it? Well, this makes little sense to me because with I was told that I could only have laser hair removal once per month (every 4 weeks) so I'm not sure how I was supposed to guess that I should book 2? This is frustrating, along with being told I could cancel 'next time I come in to the clinic'. I did this and they told me I couldn't and that there was a 30 day cancellation. I said I was aware of this but was told I should cancel in-person upon my next visit. This has been ignored and I have been told I would need to pay for another month. The communication has been very poor and confusing. I believed I was very understanding of their communication and system problems and have tried to be patient but I have waited up to a week for a response at points. It's a real shame but I would not return to beautology and would not recommend the mytime membership due to its very confusing terms.

"Jelena is wonderful "
I have been seeing Jelena so electrolysis for three years. She is always so warm, kind and professional. It’s not a pleasant treatment but she makes it one with her care and attention. She is so focused on a positive customer experience and she always remembers what’s going on in my life and helps distract me with lovely chat. My treatment has been so successful that I rarely need to go anymore and I’m both so grateful but also sad because I don’t get to see her as often!

"Love my facials"
Every time I have a facial i feel reassured that my skin is getting what it needs, Ghazala is very competent on skin care, varies the treatments according to what is needed, explains the benefits and advises on facial regime and products. I really look forward to my bimonthly facials in mytime package and the option of adding extra treatments if I wish.

They will tell you ABSOLUTE LIES, just to get your money!!
I was told that a procedure would only take 4-5 sessions.
After 4-5 sessions of this very painful & very expensive procedure; I needed a lot more !!
I was THEN told that they weren't able to say exactly how many sessions I'd need, but tried to offer a further 4 sessions as compensation!! Why? If they couldn't tell me how many more sessions were needed!??
Even after proving that I was told it would only take 4-5 sessions, the manager refused to acknowledge this was the case & refused my request for a partial refund!
I've been so upset by this entire situation & the manager just 'threw' T's & C's at me.
For a company that is supposed to be interested in YOUR wellbeing, this was dreadful.
I'm sure the reply to this review will be a load of lies, as that's all I've had from them!

My 5th session of facial treatments and massage with Beautology UK at Coldharbour Rd, Bristol and couldn’t be happier! Their staff are ever so nice and accommodating and the treatments are tailored to my skin needs and leave me looking glowing and amazing…every time I have a treatment it’s ‘me time’, so so lovely!

"Beware of paying for any ‘offers’ upfront"
Purchased a mytime mini restore told to expect a call from the team but was never called, tried to email to arrange an appointment but never received a reply. Called and told I would be called back which didn’t happen. Eventually 8 weeks after purchase I was contacted via text message. I asked for a refund but was told they only gave refunds in the first two weeks of purchase. Avoid and be careful of paying for anything upfront.

"Transformed my skin"
I’ve been coming to beautology regularly for around 6 months as an MyTime member and it has transformed my skin. Ritu crafted a bespoke plan to help my acne concerns and the results were even better than I could have hoped for. Not only is my acne significantly improving but my skin feels brighter, looks smoother and is less inflamed. I would recommend Ritu to anyone who has struggled to find a regime that works.

"Relaxing treatments tailored to your individual needs"
The environment at Beautology is welcoming and professional. I had a pro-lift treatment with Ghazala today and came away feeling like a different person! She always explains what the treatments involve, what the benefits will be and checks in to see what I would like to achieve. She is knowledgeable about recommending skincare to use between treatments.

I recently joined as a MyTime member and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I have made! I look forward to seeing my aesthetician once a month for bespoke treatments and feel really pampered and refreshed after the session is over. Thanks Mahwish!
