Gizmogo’s user-friendly website, fair assessments, and friendly customer service have made my device recycling process smooth and enjoyable. Their efforts have positively impacted my recycling experience over the past two years.

Very easy to use and very convenient payment! They offer a few different methods of payment, I opted for PayPal as that would be fastest. I actually put in the wrong model of laptop online and they contacted me on receipt to tell me they could pay me twice as much! They didn't have to do that and other services might have simply paid me the lower amount.

The process of entering, shipping, receiving updates, and payout was really smooth. It was easy to get rid of a ton of old phones and other devices, and worth the tiny bit of extra leg work required compared to dropping my old stuff off at an automated trade-in kiosk or big box tech store. I felt really good about being able to recycle the items responsibly, as well.

What made my experience so great was the fact that it was so simple. Your company and team are a great example of perfect customer service. I would never do business anywhere else. Besides with you guys, thank you for the experience. Your great, keep up good work.

Great company. Sent them my old laptop, they reviewed it and sent me my money. I didn't have to worry about how I was gone dispose of it.

This company sent what I considered a lowball figure for a device, but I went with it because they seemed honest and straight forward.

I was given an estimated price of $50.00, sent the device and didn't hear from them saying they received the device and it under review until I filed a complaint with the BBB.

They then responded saying the device wasn't the device described to be sold, but the item was exactly as described in the about settings and the device as registered with the company when purchased.

When the company did respond saying that device was not the same device and the device was now valued at $30.00. I called to find out the reason and why they didn't properly respond, I was told the reason for the reduced amount and in fact the email was wrong and the price was now $17.00. The reduced price was probably a result of the BBB complaint.

This company puts on a good front but are really scammers. While I see lots of 5 star reviews, other review sites have claimed they post false reviews themselves.
