It has a great selection of products, and coupled with the great customer service, it offers the best experience for korean skincare in europe. Plus they also send samples with you order which is very much appreciated!

I had ordered a sunscreen which I thought was defective, the Missha Aqua Sun Gel, because the squeezie tube is 2 times larger than it needs to be, which makes it appear like it's half full when it's not. I emailed them about this, thinking I had got a returned product by mistake, and they immediately sent me a replacement along with more samples AND 2 free face masks. I was so surprised and thankful, especially since the product wasn't defective so i didn't require a replacement.

The day that I had emailed them and they emailed back about the replacement, they also later that day emailed me a second time informing me that they looked into the matter. They informed me of how they receive their products and that the Missha sunscreen was indeed produced like that and that if I weighed it I could see how it's the correct amount.

I'm very happy with this service, they went above and beyond to insure a good experience, when they didn't even need to considering there was nothing wrong with me product.

I will definitely be re-purchasing from this store and using it to restock my products, this is now my go-to store for korean products.

hello i made an order with the reference code AU-202501-74097-001 but my order did not arrive (which i dont know why because i live in an apartment with concierge service 24/7 which always collect the parcels. it did not come to my apartment nor they delivered it to a packet shop and it went back to you, the seller. thus i have requested a refund and can not get in touch. please help me on the situation and i will delete my review. thanks

Faire Preise, schneller Versand, ordentliche Verpackung.
Es gibt jedes mal kleine Goodies zur Bestellung, ab einem gewissen Warenwert sogar welche in Travel bzw. Full Size. Außerdem wird das Sortiment ständig erweitert.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall weiterhin meine koreanische Kosmetik dort bestellen :)

Schnelle Lieferung, super Artikel, bin zufrieden. Das einzige, was mich gestört hat: Der Lippenstift, den ich bestellt habe, lag allein im viel zu großen Karton. Diesen hätte man ruhig in einen gepolsterten Briefumschlag packen können, statt extra ein Päckchen zu versenden.
